How much does balayage cost in Swansea and Cardiff?

Real 2026 balayage prices from our two salons, what's included, and what changes the price.

Caramel balayage on long brunette hair, by Replay Hair & Beauty

It's the question we get asked most, so here's a straight answer with our real prices — not a range pulled from the internet.

Our balayage prices

  • Swansea (Belle Vue Way): balayage package from £184
  • Cardiff (St Mary Street): balayage package from £165

That's for short to medium hair, and it's a full package: the balayage itself, a toner, a treatment, a cut and a blow-dry. You don't pay extra for the finish.

What makes the price go up?

  • Length and thickness — more hair takes more product and more time.
  • Colour history — if there's old box dye or dark colour to lift, it can take longer.
  • How light you want to go — a soft sun-kissed look is quicker than a bright blonde.

Your stylist will confirm the exact price at your consultation, before we start. No surprises at the till.

How often do you need it redone?

That's the beauty of balayage: because it's painted softly from the root, most clients come back every 12 to 16 weeks. A toner in between keeps the colour fresh.

Before you book

You'll need a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Book it online at the same time as your balayage.
